I would introduce my idea by focusing on the organizational benefits and how lesson delivery is impacted when you have a plan for your lessons.
What are my resources
for designing units and
lessons?

My resources range from instructional materials of units previously applied to lesson plans from prior units. Some resources are also many of my personal experiences that can be applied to new units or lesons

My first approach will be to establish- Why am I doing this? It is important to establish purpose.

What are my constraints
and how do I respond
to them?

My contraints are possibly the lack of accessability when it comes to reliable technology within our school. One of the challenges are, in many ocassions, the multiple blockages we face when attempting to access information on the web, or simply accessing media.

student assessment?

My approach to student assessment will be more informal and mostly based on group observation and interaction.

post-assessment?

I will see my post assessment as a combination of many elements, to include prior observations, informal assessments, student interaction and productivity and results.
How do I approach
self-assessment?

Self-assessment can be approached as a tool where the student provides either a summary, or an explanation of product, project, or how something works.

like to learn more about
and/or become better at?

Be flexible and open-minded to the many ways of thinking, as well as to the different ways students approach something. Don't become a text book slave, and be firm when it comes to management.
